By using Speed's digital banking services, you agree to these terms. Speed Microfinance Company Ghana Limited is a licensed microfinance institution in Ghana, regulated by the Bank of Ghana.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account, unless opening a minor account under parental supervision. You must provide a valid Ghana Card or approved government-issued ID.

Fees and charges

All fees applicable to your account are published in the fee schedule available at any branch or on this website. We provide 30 days' notice before applying any new fee.

Security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, PIN, and device. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

Disputes

Customers may file disputes through the mobile app, web portal, or any branch. We respond within regulatory timelines and escalate unresolved matters to the Bank of Ghana as required.
